Stella and Dot (And 100 Days of Kindness, Day 7)

Today I did two “nice things”. For one, I decided to donate when they asked meΒ  while I checked out at the grocery store. Now I don’t always do this – I will admit it – usually I’m in a rush and I just want to get moving ya know? But while I was waiting in line, I notice how easily the lady in front of me said “yes” to donating when they asked her. She was happy to! So, I thought – hey maybe this time I will. Why not? So, I donated money to Food for Friends.

Second nice thing was that I had some friends over for a Stella and Dot jewelry party. I got some food/treats together, Meg made some delicious food and we hosted a fab little get together. It was so good seeing everyone and playing jewelry dress up!

Thankfully, I was introduced to Stella and Dot jewelry from the wonderful ladies over at We are not Martha. When I went to their trunk show I bought these beauties:

I'm actually wearing them right now!

Yum :)

Meg borrowed a delicious recipe from the ladies at WANM for a cucumber/smoked salmon creation you can find here on their site.

My fab Christine!

Introducing Meg's card creations!

So cute!!!

It was a great day! You seriously need to check out Stella and Dot – their jewelry is AMAZING. Perfect to dress up in, or even to wear while you’re dressed down. Very versatile stuff. And, hey if you’re interested in hosting a trunk show, you should! It was a lot of fun and our stylist Joanne was awesome. If anyone’s interested, let me know and I could get your her info. :)

Good night!
